1. 100% Offline & Private Application

CharmE is a 100% offline local utility.

• The app does NOT possess internet permissions (android.permission.INTERNET is completely absent from the application manifest).
• No personal data, photos, contacts, location, device telemetry, or package usage history is collected, logged, stored on external servers, or transmitted off your device.
• All operations, graphics rendering, and physics simulations occur entirely on your local device.

2. Prominent Disclosure for Usage Access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS)

When the optional Smart Auto-Pause feature is enabled:

• CharmE inspects the package name of the currently active foreground application strictly on-device in local volatile memory (RAM).
• Purpose: This is used solely to automatically unhang and hide overlay charms when full-screen apps (such as camera viewfinders, video players, streaming apps, or games) are open.
• Privacy Commitment: CharmE does not record, log, profile, or transmit any app usage statistics or history.
